I heard about Neda Smith through a colleague at work.   Although I wasn’t looking to lose weight, as a breast cancer survivor who always led a healthy lifestyle, I was very interested in learning more about how I could improve my overall health and reduce my chance of further illness through nutrition.  I’ve always believed that a properly nourished body has the ability to heal itself.  The nutrition plan that I received from Neda was practical, based in science, and very easy to follow.  Neda’s style is informative and supportive.  She answered any and all of my questions along the way and always made herself available to accommodate my busy schedule.  Without even trying to lose weight, I naturally lost a few pounds in a very healthy way, have lots of energy and feel great.  I highly recommend Neda for anyone seeking to improve their overall health.

There is an immense amount of material on nutrition out there, much of it conflicting. Neda answered my questions surrounding dairy, soy and supplements to name a few. She gave me helpful advice on preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals for my family without driving myself crazy. She also coached me in tuning into my body for cues about whether or not it likes different foods and how much food is ‘just right.’ Her approach is sensible and very well-informed. No radical theories or food fears here, just compassionate support in dealing with my anxieties surrounding food. Thank you, Neda!
